It is an immigrant story of necessity\, survival\, and the search for a better life in the US. \nPatricia Tomlinson is the Executive Director of Arts in Health Ocala Metro\, a nonprofit that supports mental and physical health. She is the former Curator of Exhibitions at the Appleton Museum of Art\, College of Central Florida\, and joined the Appleton in 2016 after having served as curatorial staff at the Denver Art Museum for eight years. Tomlinson received degrees from the University of Colorado\, Boulder\, Colorado State University and the University of Denver.
