Association of Florida Colleges Honors 91制片
The College of Central Florida was honored with several awards at the Association of Florida Colleges virtual annual conference Nov. 16-19.
91制片 Marketing and Public Relations earned 10 Awards of Excellence from the Communications and Marketing Commission, including gold awards for 91制片鈥檚 annual report, website, 鈥淐onnection鈥 magazine, 鈥淟ibrary Out Loud鈥 flyer, and article/story pitch resulting in publication 鈥 鈥91制片 Licensed to Cultivate Hemp.鈥
The Marketing and Public Relations team earned silver awards for promotional face masks and 鈥淐onnection鈥 magazine as well as print and digital advertising. The team also received a bronze award for a direct mail postcard.
The 91制片 AFC Chapter won Platinum chapter status, and 91制片 staff member Carol S. Smith was honored with the 2021 AFC Distinguished Service Award. 91制片 staff member Amanda Camp was the Region 3 Unsung Hero winner. In addition, 91制片 staff members Dr. Alton Austin and Rory Wells graduated from the Next Level Leadership program.
During the conference, Ocala City Council Member and 91制片 alumnus Ire Bethea Sr. was presented with the AFC Leroy Collins Distinguished Alumni Award in the Hometown Hero Category.
