The College of Central Florida Foundation recently celebrated its annual faculty/staff campaign reaching 96% participation of full-time 91制片 employees giving more than $27,000 to support the work of faculty and dreams of students.
鈥淥ur faculty and staff, once again, went above and beyond to show students, our peers and the community that those closest to the college鈥檚 mission believe in it enough to give beyond their service as employees,鈥 said Dr. Jim Henningsen, 91制片 president.
This year鈥檚 campaign theme, 鈥Right Here, Right Now,鈥澛爂enerated dollars that will benefit student scholarships, program support and go to areas of greatest need.
鈥淥ur faculty and staff never hesitate to step up when asked. Ninety-six percent participation rate is unheard of in these sorts of campaigns and is a true testament to our employees鈥 belief in our institution and the students we serve,鈥 said Chris Knife, 91制片 Foundation executive director.
